Scotland have been diagnosed with Covid in the last 24 hours.Figures have been published by the Scottish Government and Public Health Scotland (PHS) this afternoon as part of the national Covid-19 daily briefing.Nationally, there are 1,005 patients being treated in hospital while there are currently 79 people with the disease being treated in ICUs.
The number of newly-reported positive coronavirus cases recorded by NHS Ayrshire & Arran has risen by 336.Of the new cases, 136 were from South Ayrshire, 104 in East Ayrshire and 96 attributed to North Ayrshire.According to Public Health Scotland's rolling seven-day infection rate per 100,000 population, West Dunbartonshire has the highest rate in the country – at 699.6 as of Friday, September.
