Like a host of footballers around the globe, the Juventus forward is having to train at home with leagues suspended and training grounds shut owing to the spread of Covid-19.

It means many athletes are having to carry out their daily fitness regimes inside the confines of their own homes, which can bring with it a set of new perils.
