Former Rangers star Dapo Mebude has been rushed to hospital in Belgium after suffering life-threatening injuries in a horror car crash.Leading Belgian outlet HLN states the 22-year-old crashed into a tree at an exit in Loppem on Sunday and was rushed to hospital.
Mebude has been in Belgium since 2022 and came through the ranks at Ibrox where he, and brother Dire, were regarded as top talents within the club's academy.
He made his senior debut under Steven Gerrard against Kilmarnock in 2019. A second report from Belgian states emergency services freed Mebude from the wreckage before he was rushed straight to hospital for further treatment.
