Sophie is the daughter of Jamie and Rebecca Walker, who are close friends of the Radfords. The Walkers have launched an urgent £350,000 fundraising plea in a bid to help Sophie access treatment overseas, after the NHS unfortunately insisted there's not ''much hope''.

The teen was first diagnosed with cancer in 2017, when she was just 10 years old. Sophie was rushed to the hospital with a suspected stomach bug - which turned out to be a Wilms tumour on her kidney.
