Yoga expert shares four key poses to help alleviate period pain

If you've ever had period pain before, you'll know that sometimes a simple bubble bath and early night will help your pain.However others are more unlucky and it takes much more than this and sadly some pain medication doesn't touch the pain.

Here's just a few you can try.This yoga posture reduces period pain because it gently stretches and relaxes the pelvic area.

To perform the Child’s pose, kneel on the floor, touch your big toes together behind you, and sit on your heels. Then separate your knees until they’re about as wide as your hips, and lay your torso down between your thighs.
