Danny John-Jules, the star of BBC's Death in Paradise, has confessed to ruffling feathers with his unexpected behaviour on set.The actor, known for his role as Officer Dwayne Myers, returned to the beloved BBC drama for its Christmas Special that aired on Sunday (December 22).
In anticipation of his comeback, Danny spilled the beans on what used to irk his fellow cast members when he first joined the show seven years ago.
He shared: "It's pretty much like walking out your front door for me. I first went there fourteen years ago, and I filmed seven series.
After seven years, it was pretty much like being at home." Danny continued: "I used to annoy everyone because I could speak the local language.The mayor went crazy because when she first spoke to me, I was speaking in English.
