RENTON, Wash. - Seattle Police say investigators found a body believed to be connected to the disappearance of Seattle woman Leticia Martinez, who was last seen March 31 at a Mariners game.Police will not confirm that it is Martinez' body, but say the remains were found in a wooded area between Talbot Rd. and State Route 167 in Renton.

LOS ANGELES COUNTY, Calif. - A high-speed police chase took a dangerous turn in Los Angeles County Wednesday evening.A man, initially wanted for reckless driving, led the California Highway Patrol on a chase along the 5 Freeway across Los Angeles County. Over the course of the chase, the suspect traveled through parts of Valley Village, North Hollywood, Pacoima, Santa Clarita and Castaic.The chase eventually ended in the North Antelope Valley area where the suspect ditched the car.

CHELTENHAM TOWNSHIP, Pa. - A criminal investigation is underway after police say a woman was found dead outside a Dunkin' in Cheltenham Township Tuesday morning.SkyFOX was live over the scene as a heavy police presence gathered around a taped-off drive-thru.The shooting happened outside the Dunkin' on Cheltenham Avenue in the Melrose Shopping Center.According to authorities with the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office and the Cheltenham Township Police Department, the woman was identified as Rachel King, 35 of Elkins Park. Officials say officers were dispatched to the Melrose Shopping Center for a report of a shooting around 7:39 a.m., and arriving officers discovered King in the driver's seat of a black Ford Edge, dead from multiple gunshot wounds. Police say King's car came to a rest in the drive-thru lane. According to investigators, King was traveling west on Cheltenham Avenue when she turned into the shopping center and pulled into the Dunkin' drive-thru lane. Shortly after, a light-colored sedan, believed to possibly be a Ford or Mercury, was seen driving behind King's car and parked a short distance away from the drive-thru lane. A man got out of the vehicle, walked up to King's car and fired numerous shots through the driver's side window as King's 11-year-old son sat in the backseat, officials say. The child was not injured, per police. Authorities say the shooter fled the scene driving east on Cheltenham Avenue. "This appears to be a targeted murder of a mother," Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R.

PEORIA, Ariz. - Peoria police say they have arrested a man who was caught on camera beating a dog at a home near Happy Valley Road and Tierra Del Rio Boulevard.Jeffrey Wright, 42, was filmed on April 6 kicking, body slamming and abusing the animal, causing it to defecate, police said. The witness who saw the abuse recorded it and called police.The dog was treated for non-life threatening injuries."According to the dog owner that night, the suspect was just visiting at the house when the incident occurred," police said.

BOISE, Idaho - The trial for the so-called "Doomsday mom" is starting to pick up in Idaho as the jury has been finalized and seated.Lori Vallow is in court for the murders of her two children, Joshua "JJ" Vallow and Tylee Ryan.12 jurors and six alternates were needed ahead of Monday's opening statements. 42 potential jurors were selected, and the prosecution and defense used peremptory challenges Friday morning to narrow down the pool to the final 18, which consists of 10 men and eight women.The main 12 jurors have not been chosen yet. On Thursday, it was decided that Kay Woodcock, JJ Vallow's grandmother, could be allowed inside the Ada County courthouse for the trial.On April 6, we learned that a major decision was made for certain family members of JJ Vallow, who, along with Tylee Ryan, were allegedly murdered by Lori Vallow. Vallow is on trial in Idaho for the alleged murder of the two children.

MARION COUNTY, Fla. - Marion County deputies have arrested two boys, ages 12 and 17, in connection to the murders of three teenage friends in Marion County. One suspect remains at large. The two juveniles, who FOX 35 is not naming due to their ages, were arrested late Thursday night and are facing charges of first-degree murder.

PHILADELPHIA - Homicide detectives with the Philadelphia Police Department are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect in connection with the death of a Delaware County man in Philadelphia last month. According to police, the fatal shooting occurred on the 4900 block of N Broad Street on March 8 at 9:41 p.m. According to officials, 37-year-old Frank Pralour of Lansdowne, Pennsylvania, was found with a gunshot wound to the chest on the corner. Chief Inspector Scott Small says police transported Pralour to Einstein Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESPhiladelphia police released surveillance video of the shooting, which shows the suspect pulling out a weapon and shooting. Authorities say the suspect was last seen running south on N Broad Street towards Rockland Street. The Philadelphia Police Department is offering a $20,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction. Anyone with information can call the homicide unit at 215-686-3334 or submit an anonymous tip.
