A doctor who works at a coronavirus-hit hospital wrote a letter to her husband and sons in case she doesn't come home from work.

The frontline worker has packed clothes in case she gets isolated from her family and even ordered her own goggle and overalls, it has been reported.

The medic, who works at the under-siege Hillingdon Hospital in north west London, has written on Facebook about her 'just in case' letter.

She said she was terrified of “finding myself unconscious on a ventilator in front of my colleagues”. And she wrote: “Sadly, I wrote a ‘just in case’ letter to my husband and sons in case Mummy is one of the unlucky healthcare professionals who doesn’t make it home.” For live updates throughout the day on the coronavirus
