A mutual aid group supporting vulnerable families has been delivering care packages ahead of Eid celebrations this weekend. For nearly two billion Muslims all over the world, Eid marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan and is usually a big celebration where families come together.
This year, Eid will be very different and it’s for that reason that the Ardwick and Longsight Covid Mutual Aid Group have been working hard to deliver Eid care packages to local residents celebrating this weekend.
