Manchester United and Man City will be looking to progress to the last four of the competition when they face Norwich City and Newcastle United in the quarter-final stage of the tournament.
The FA have now announced that the semi-final draw will take place during half-time of City’s game with Newcastle at St James’ Park on Sunday night.The draw will be made by Alan Shearer, with Gary Lineker hosting the event which will have strict safety measures in place amid the coronavirus pandemic.It will be shown live on BBC One and on the FA Cup’s official social media accounts.Manchester City or Newcastle will be ball number 2 for the draw while Manchester United or Norwich have been allocated ball number 3.Should both Manchester clubs make it.
