Zachary Herbst, Sheila Conway, Robert Sampson, Justin Conway STROUDSBURG, Pa. - A Pennsylvania man who was arrested for selling drugs to an undercover officer told police that he purchased fentanyl in Kensington to later resell in Monroe County, authorities said. Zachary Herbst, 26, was in a car with his mother, Sheila Conway, and two others when he allegedly sold five bags of heroin/fentanyl to an undercover officer outside a Wawa in Stroudsberg.The arrest follows a two-month investigation into Herbst during which authorities learned that he made frequent trips to Kensington and Paterson, New Jersey to buy drugs for resale. Kensington is over 100 miles away from Monroe County and the drive normally takes about two hours.

NORTH DIGHTON, Mass. - FBI agents arrested Massachusetts Air National Guardsman Jack Teixeira at a home in North Dighton, Massachusetts, on Thursday in relation to a trove of classified documents that have been leaked online in recent months. Police vehicles were seen at a Massachusetts location believed to be connected with the guardsman. The guardsman's security clearance and access to classified government systems have been revoked, according to an internal government document reviewed by Fox News.The guardsman worked on military intelligence systems on a full-time basis, Fox News is told.The National Guard said in a statement it is aware Thursday of the "alleged role a Massachusetts Air National Guardsman may have played in the recent leak of highly-classified documents" from the Pentagon."The National Guard takes this issue very seriously and will support investigators," the National Guard said in a statement.

BOISE, Idaho - Melanie Gibb, the former best friend of Lori Vallow, the so-called "Doomsday mom" who's accused of killing her two youngest children," is testifying in an Idaho courtroom on Thursday. The focus in court on April 12 shifted to the relationship between Vallow and her husband, Chad Daybell. PHILADELPHIA - A death investigation is underway after the body of a dead man was discovered in Philadelphia. According to police, the body was recovered from the Delaware River in the area of Christopher Columbus Boulevard and Race Street just after 8 a.m. on Thursday. Officials say a man in his 30s, currently being identified as a John Doe, was found unresponsive. Authorities say he had a gunshot wound to the right side of his head. He was pronounced dead by medics on scene, according to law enforcement. This is a developing story.

PHILADELPHIA - Students from a Philadelphia Catholic school are heading to a new location to learn after a fire tore through and damaged the original building. The students who attend Our Lady of Consolation Parish School in Chestnut Hill will now take classes on the campus of Chestnut Hill College. The three-alarm fire initially broke out on March 21, when 39 students were inside for an after-school program and had to be evacuated from the building. A day after a 3-alarm fire torched a Philadelphia catholic school, students who have been forced to learn virtually visited the charred remains of their school.A spokesperson for the Philadelphia Fire Department said the building sustained heavy damage to the entire second floor and roof. The cause of the fire was later identified as an electrical wiring issue, according to the Fire Marshal's Office. Officials have identified the source of a fire at damaged the Our Mother of Consolation Parish School in Philadelphia.

Texas lake quickly turned into a rescue mission when witnesses noticed a woman trapped inside the vehicle.The Marion County Sheriff’s Office reported that it received a call from a fisher on Friday morning who said he noticed a black Jeep underwater about 40 feet from shore at Lake o’ the Pines in east Texas.Photos released from the sheriff’s office show the vehicle almost completely submerged underwater with only a small portion of its roof visible above the surface of the lake.Deputies arrived on the scene, followed shortly behind by a local wrecker service brought in to haul the Jeep back to land. HUNTING PARK - Philadelphia fire crews battled a three-alarm fire that broke out in a junkyard on Tuesday afternoon. Authorities say the fire erupted on the 500 block of West Annsbury Street in the city's Hunting Park section. SKYFOX flew over the fire, which sent plumes of smoke into the air of nearby streets. According to the Philadelphia Fire Department, drivers were asked to avoid the area of 5th and Hutchinson Streets.MORE LOCAL HEADLINESThe fire was raised to two and then three alarms, requiring additional crews to respond. There was so much smoke, officials said, smoke alarms went off inside nearby homes.A fire broke out at a Hunting Park junkyard, quickly escalating to three-alarms, with 120 firefighters reporting to fight the blaze.In an update late Wednesday afternoon, fire officials announced one civilian injury, due to smoke inhalation. CHELTENHAM, Pa. - The heartbroken brother of a woman who was killed in front of her son in a "targeted shooting" that unfolded in the drive-thru of a local Dunkin' said he's still in shock about the murder. Authorities say 35-year-old Rachel King was shot to death around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday morning outside the Dunkin' in the Melrose Shopping Center.

RENTON, Wash. - Seattle Police say investigators found a body believed to be connected to the disappearance of Seattle woman Leticia Martinez, who was last seen March 31 at a Mariners game.Police will not confirm that it is Martinez' body, but say the remains were found in a wooded area between Talbot Rd. and State Route 167 in Renton.

WEST CHESTER, Pa. - Two Chester County women have been arrested for stealing $450,000 from their employer, Chester County officials said.The announcement came Wednesday from the Chester County District Attorney’s Office, saying 22-year-old West Chester resident Mikayla Zeigler and 25-year-old Danielle King, of Chadds Ford, reportedly stole $450,000 from their employer, a doctor in West Chester, between October 2020 and August 2021.In addition, the two are charged with trying to sell items, valued at over $1 million, that belonged to the doctor.Officials outlined an extensive scheme by the women, stealing from the doctor and spending that money on themselves.According to officials, King and Zeigler convinced the victim to use an electronic banking system, which allowed them access to accounts of the victim and his businesses. They worked in positions where they had control over banking and access to checks, debit cards, credit cards and account numbers.MORE HEADLINES:The two women left their jobs suddenly August 25, 2021.The doctor took note of a large amount of money he thought was stolen from various bank and credit card accounts and alerted Chester County detectives in September of 2021.Authorities said detectives found the defendants stole $256,950.88 through 80 unauthorized payments from four of the victim’s bank accounts.The women then allegedly put the money into their bank accounts, Paypal accounts, Applecard accounts and car and student loan payments, between January and August 2021.The women are also accused of stealing $108,302.00 from January through August 2021, using credit cards.

PHILADELPHIA - A man is facing attempted murder charges after prosecutors say he brutally stabbed his ex-girlfriend and her 5-year-old girl inside a North Philadelphia home. Officers from the Philadelphia Police Department responded Monday to a property on the 1800 block of North 20th Street for reports of a person with weapon. Police found a 37-year-old stabbed in the arms and chest, and a 5-year-old girl stabbed in the chest, abdomen and arm. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESThe woman was taken by police to Temple University Hospital and the child was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital.

EVERMAN, Texas - Investigators in Everman say they believe human remains were once in a shed near where missing 6-year-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez lived with his family.On Monday, investigators dug up a new, unpermitted concrete patio paid for by the boy's mother, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh.Everman police say early in the investigation they learned Noel's stepfather, Arshdeep Singh, disposed of a large indoor/outdoor carpet in a dumpster prior to the family fleeing the country.Multiple Human Remains Detection Canines alerted officers to the carpet, which was used at the base of a makeshift shed that was on the property until about a month ago. It was previously built where the current patio sat.While they were digging multiple Human Remains Detection Canines began alerting officers to the topsoil underneath the concrete.As the digging continued, topsoil was removed and placed in areas nearby.The canines followed the soil, and stopped alerting the investigators to the patio area.

CHELTENHAM TOWNSHIP, Pa. - A criminal investigation is underway after police say a woman was found dead outside a Dunkin' in Cheltenham Township Tuesday morning.SkyFOX was live over the scene as a heavy police presence gathered around a taped-off drive-thru.The shooting happened outside the Dunkin' on Cheltenham Avenue in the Melrose Shopping Center.According to authorities with the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office and the Cheltenham Township Police Department, the woman was identified as Rachel King, 35 of Elkins Park. Officials say officers were dispatched to the Melrose Shopping Center for a report of a shooting around 7:39 a.m., and arriving officers discovered King in the driver's seat of a black Ford Edge, dead from multiple gunshot wounds. Police say King's car came to a rest in the drive-thru lane. According to investigators, King was traveling west on Cheltenham Avenue when she turned into the shopping center and pulled into the Dunkin' drive-thru lane. Shortly after, a light-colored sedan, believed to possibly be a Ford or Mercury, was seen driving behind King's car and parked a short distance away from the drive-thru lane. A man got out of the vehicle, walked up to King's car and fired numerous shots through the driver's side window as King's 11-year-old son sat in the backseat, officials say. The child was not injured, per police. Authorities say the shooter fled the scene driving east on Cheltenham Avenue. "This appears to be a targeted murder of a mother," Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R.
