Glasgow hotel attacker used knife to gouge out out victim's eye, witness claims

West George Street where the knife horror unfolded from around 1.30pm. It left six people hurt, with one cop in a critical condition, before the suspect was shot dead by police.Officers are not treating the incident in the Scottish city as terror-related.One witness, Ben Fitzpatrick, said he saw one blood-soaked victim with their eye missing.He said: "I was just on my way to get something to eat and I saw a man come out of the hotel covered in blood."It looked like people fighting amongst themselves.

I've seen around 60 armed officers and there were around nine ambulances earlier."I saw someone sitting on a stairwell covered in blood, without an eye.
