Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan (born 30 March 1965) is an English broadcaster, journalist, writer, and television personality. He is currently a co-presenter of the ITV Breakfast programme Good Morning Britain from Monday to Wednesday each week. Morgan began his career in Fleet Street as a writer and editor for several tabloid papers, including The Sun, News of the World, and the Daily Mirror. In 1994, aged 29, he was appointed editor of the News of the World by Rupert Murdoch, which made him the youngest editor of a British national newspaper in more than half a century.

Good Morning Britain's Piers Morgan has taken his social media spats to a new extreme.The former newspaper editor who is famous for quizzing people on their views has been challenging people in recent weeks who have made light of the coronavirus pandemic.And it now appears that his own flesh and blood are not safe from his quick tongue.Piers, 55, has remained vocal over recent months surrounding the coronavirus health and safety guidelines but it appears his views haven't rubbed off on his son, Spencer.Spencer, 27, who recently returned from a booze-fuelled trip to Ibiza, dismissed the pandemic on his social media account - much to the dismay of his father.Monday saw Spencer retweet an article about footballers Phil Foden and Mason.
