UPPER CHICHESTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. - Police say the pick-up truck that fatally hit a man walking on I-95 last weekend has been located in Delaware.A 44-year-old man was pronounced dead on the scene after he was reportedly struck by a blue Ford F-150 on I-95 North in Upper Chichester Township on July 23.Police say the truck swerved onto the right shoulder when it hit the man, another truck and a motorcycle, then fled.Family later identified the victim as Maurice Pinkard, a father of six children. PHILADELPHIAnews - A man who fled from officers in his car, then on foot has been arrested and charged, according to Philadelphia police.Police saw multiple vehicles fleeing a parking lot on the 4000 block of Cottman Avenue Friday night when responding to reports of a person with a gun.A short time later, officers found a white sedan crashed in a rear alleyway on the 4000 block of Glendale Street. Police say a firearm was found inside.The driver, who reportedly fled on foot, was found by police on the 1300 block of East Lycoming Street.

TRENTON, N.J. - Gas prices posted another double-digit drop in New Jersey and around the nation amid low demand and oil prices that remain in the mid-$90s per barrel. AAA Mid-Atlantic says the average price of a gallon of regular gas in New Jersey on Friday was $4.41, down 10 cents from last week. Drivers were paying $3.18 a gallon on average a year ago at this time. The national average price for a gallon of regular gasoline was $4.25, down another 16 cents from last week. Drivers were paying $3.16 a gallon on average a year ago at this time.

MORRISVILLE, N.C. - A 23-year-old man died Friday afternoon after he jumped or fell out of a plane before it made an emergency landing at Raleigh-Durham International Airport in North Carolina.Authorities said the pilot called air traffic control about an hour before making the emergency landing and said the plane had lost its right wheel."Emergency, we’ve lost our right wheel," the pilot told air traffic controllers. "We’d like to speak to Raleigh and make an emergency landing at Raleigh."The pilot pulled off the landing and was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
