Harry Maguire’s hearing will go ahead tomorrow morning – and the Manchester United captain is set to avoid prison. The defender is waiting for the result of a court case following a brawl on the Greek island of Mykonos which saw him get arrested.
After attending the first hearing, the Englishman has returned to the UK, having pleaded not guilty to two charges following the altercation.
There were concerns that the 27-year-old’s trial would be delayed due to a spike in Covid-19 cases on the neighbouring island of Syros, where the court is based.
