Helen Mirren has shared a glimpse of her life in self-isolation amid the coronavirus outbreak. The Prime Suspect actress, 74, took to her Instagram account on Tuesday afternoon to share a picture of herself with no makeup on.

In the snap she had just woken up and her hair was dishevelled from her night's sleep as she looked straight at the camera. Helen, who appeared to still be in her pyjamas, donned a pair of brown glasses while showing off her natural beauty.

The London-born star used the post to encourage her followers to support staff working in intensive care during the coronavirus crisis.

She captioned the photo: "In return for this pic of me literally first thing in the morning, please donate to the intensive care support." Hele
