A girl who was sexually abused by her uncle as a teenager has spoken out on his horrifying crimes. Leila Ives, 32, from Brough in Yorkshire, has bravely waived her right to anonymity to tell how she was groomed by evil Bryan Calam, now 72.

The disgraced former police inspector, who previously worked for Hull FC, was jailed for five years in March 2019 after he was found guilty of five offences of indecent assault and there of indecency with a child.

Calam "planned" his grooming of Leila, who he had known since she was born as he was married to her biological aunt, Hull Crown Court heard.

Calam was 53 when he started abusing Leila, and his heinous crimes continued for two years, the Hull Daily Mail reports. He had sex with Leila "20 to 30
