Jurgen Klopp’s greatest strength as a coach has been revealed by his former colleague Stephan Kuhnert, who worked with the German during his time with Mainz.
Kuhnert played alongside Klopp between 1990 and 1996, and was a goalkeeping coach during his tenure as manager at the club between 2001 and 2008 - a role he still occupies.
The 59-year-old has now lavished praise on the Champions League winning manager, detailing why he believes that his old friend has made his name as one of the best managers in world football.
Klopp left Mainz to take over at Borussia Dortmund and led them to two Bundesliga titles before bringing Liverpool to the brink of their first domestic triumph in 30 years.
