Piers Corbyn, brother of ex-Labour leader Jeremy, was led away in handcuffs from a lockdown protest in London today. The 73-year-old was part of a group of demonstrators who gathered at Hyde Park to campaign against social distancing measures to stop the spread of coronavirus.
After showing up with a megaphone, proclaiming 5G and the Covid-19 pandemic were linked, calling it a "pack of lies to brainwash you and keep you in order" Piers declined to leave when he was urged to move on by cops.
The astrophysicist was then taken away by officers when he refused to provide any personal details when asked.Around three-dozen activists gathered at the north-eastern end of the park, near Speaker's Corner, with some of them brandishing banners
