Jimin is speaking out. The 26-year-old BTS superstar shared a message to fans via Weverse following the news of his COVID-19 and appendicitis diagnoses. Click inside to read more… Jimin underwent surgery on Monday (January 31), and his agency issued a statement confirming he had a successful appendicitis surgery.

On Wednesday (February 2), Jimin himself issued a statement on social media. “Everyone, you must have worried a lot right?

I am recovering well!” he wrote. (English translation via Allkpop.) “I’m sorry to have worried you. But, I think I can be discharged soon!

I am recovering well too and I am eating all three meals a day. Please wait for just a little, I will return quickly after recovery!” We’re glad to hear Jimin is feeling better!
