And the fitness instructor also has some lessons available for seniors. On YouTube, he has plenty of “chair exercises” that get you moving more without putting too much strain on your body.
The 10 minute sessions include lifting tins of beans and stretching out. They have proven very popular – with more than 400,000 people tuning into them.
