Jurgen Klopp makes an unwritten agreement with every new Liverpool player when they sign to ensure they give their all for the club.
Liverpool boss Klopp plays a prominent role on deciding who comes and goes at Anfield, and ensures every target is throughly scouted before being signed.
Once Klopp and co. agree that a target has impressed the board then open their chequebook and invariably the player is signed.
But the niceties end there, with Klopp holding a one-on-one conversation with every new recruit and explaining to them that the hard work starts now.
