Jurgen Klopp admits he spent time during lockdown reliving Liverpool's remarkable Champions League run last season, which resulted in triumph in the final in Madrid.

The Reds produced one of the all-time great comebacks in the semi-finals to overturn a 3-0 first-leg deficit by beating Barcelona 4-0 at Anfield.

And they followed this up on this day last year by beating Tottenham Hotspur in an all-English final at Atletico Madrid's Wanda Metropolitano stadium.

The 2-0 victory was third time lucky for Klopp, who lost finals with Borussia Dortmund in 2013 and Liverpool in 2018 to Bayern Munich and Real Madrid respectively.
