It was revealed yesterday that Derek, 52 is currently being treated in intensive care after contracting the virus. Before her husband was rushed to hospital, Kate voiced her fears for her family amid the coronavirus pandemic.
In an interview with The Sun's Fabulous magazine, Kate expressed her concerns for the elderly members of her family. She said: "I don’t want to tempt fate, but so far, I’m good. "It's loved ones that you can’t help but worry for.
