Kate Garraway is yet to speak out about her family's ordeal as her husband Derek Draper battles coronavirus in intensive care.
Last week it was revealed that the Good Morning Britain presenter, 52, was self-isolating with her children after displaying mild symptoms as Derek fought the deadly disease from hospital.
Her husband, a former Labour adviser, was admitted into hospital on March 30 after he contracted the virus. A spokesperson for Kate later confirmed the family's situation. “Kate’s husband Derek Draper has been taken to hospital and is being treated in intensive care with a confirmed case of Covid-19," the representative said. "He was admitted on Monday and has since tested positive for the virus.
