Kate Garraway has shared an update on her husband Derek Draper's condition as he battles coronavirus in intensive care. The Good Morning Britain host, 53, said he is "fighting hard" but her update appeared to suggest that he is still in a coma.
She shared a video of her children Darcey, 14, and Billy, 10, doing the clap for carers by banging drums. In her caption Kate said she is still hopeful that Derek will beat coronavirus.
She wrote: "Hear this might be the last clap for carers so Billy thought we should get the drums out to go out in style! "It's been such a source of weekly comfort for them & me & I must admit I felt the tears come tonight to think it’s coming to an end before Derek’s ordeal with us... "But whether we clap or not next
