Kate Garraway moved viewers to tears on Good Morning Britain on Friday, as she echoed her husband Derek's final words before he was put in a coma by doctors.
It comes after she confirmed her husband was now coronavirus free, but still may not recover. Derek Draper, Kate's husband, has been in intensive care and in a coma for weeks, with him fighting COVID-19 since March.
He tested positive for coronavirus after experiencing unusual symptoms and breathlessness, before feeling incredibly unwell.
Days into his stay in hospital, Derek was placed into a coma by worried doctors as he deteriorated. Kate confessed he initially begged her to get doctors to put him in a coma, because he couldn't bare the "suffocating" feeling.
