Kodaline discuss pressure of going for a fourth Irish Number 1 album, plans for a deluxe edition of new record One Day At A Time

Kodaline have an impressive track record on the Official Irish Albums Chart, and look to continue it this week with their new album One Day At A Time.

The Swords band's first three albums all debuted at Number 1 in Ireland, and their fourth album is in contention to do the same.

With the most downloads achieved so far this week, Steve, Mark, Vinnie and Jason are battling Liam Gallagher and David Gray for the top spot.

But does the potential of another Number 1 add a bit of extra anxiety to each release? "There is a pressure yeah," frontman Steve told us on a phonecall. "If there’s three, we do want the fourth to go to Number 1 obviously.
