An additional 11 people have died from COVID-19 illness in Los Angeles County, bringing the total number of fatalities in the area to 65 to date.
Of those who have died, nine were over the age of 65 and only two did not have underlying health issues. One person was between 18-40 and the other person was in the 41-65 range; both of those individuals had underlying health conditions.
