Leicester forgotten man Bartosz Kapustka will leave the club in the summer in a bid to rebuild his career. The Polish winger has had a miserable time of things since joining The Foxes in a £2m deal from Cracovia in 2016.

The 23-year-old has made just three first-team appearances and then suffered a serious knee injury last season. Kapustka, a star of Euro 2016, said: “I have to leave Leicester and I have to leave England and I am convinced of that,” Kapustka told a Polish radio station.

He added: “I would love to change something, start a new adventure and I think I am prepared for such a step. You have to get back on track.” Leicester also still face a battle to keep James Maddison on the books once the transfer window reopens.
