Residents in China are being tracked through their mobile and given constant temperature checks as parts of the country start to come out of lockdown.
Matthew Nagy has been living in China with wife Serina Yang since before the Covid-19 outbreak began in Wuhan in mid-December.
The couple live in Guangzhou - 640 miles south of the original epicentre of Wuhan, in the Hubei Province. But they still have had to contend with strict lockdown measures for weeks.
And despite the country starting to open up it does not mean life is returning to normal. Speaking on YouTube channel Mr Nagy said: "We were locked down for quite a long time, now a lot of the restaurants are open, the schools are going back, all the manufacturing [is starting again]...
