Linda Lusardi has opened up about her coronavirus battle, and reportedly said it was so painful that she "wanted to die". The Page 3 model, 61, is now recovering at home after spending ten days in hospital fighting the deadly bug.

The former glamour model and her husband Sam Kane both contracted the killer virus before she was rushed into hospital. Speaking about the extremely painful experience, Linda explained that the virus had her and showbiz agent Sam "praying" they wouldn't wake up.

She told The Sun : "It got to the stage where both of us were praying we wouldn't wake up because it was so bad." While Sam, 51, said: "We just looked at each other and said, 'Look, we can't take this anymore'." He added: "It was horrific.
