Linda Lusardi has returned home after a stay in hospital with coronavirus, her husband Sam Kane has confirmed. The 61-year-old former Dancing On Ice star was admitted to hospital on March 19, after being diagnosed with COVID-19 and her 51-year-old husband shared worrying updates as her health deteriorated rapidly.

Sam was also admitted to hospital with the virus but he was discharged a few days later. Unfortunately, Linda's condition was considerably worse and there were moments when her fans worried that she may be overcome by the illness, as she fought for her life.

Kane revealed that she was breathing with the help of oxygen equipment, while Linda herself tweeted she had "never felt this ill".
