Little Women is nearing the $100 million mark at the international box office! As movie theaters open overseas, the coming-of-age drama directed by Greta Gerwig generated $760,000 this weekend from 13 markets, Variety reports.
That means the movie as raked in $99.5 million in foreign theaters. Little Women originally opened in theaters in late 2019, making $108 million at the domestic box office and $207 million worldwide.
Many international theaters started closing back in early January because of the health crisis. Theaters overseas are now slowly starting to reopen with fans going out to see movies again.
