Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes arrived at the Manchester United training ground at similar times ahead of training together.
The United players were given time-slots to report on their return to the club's Carrington complex on Wednesday as training resumed ahead of the possible Premier League restart next month.
United have organised group training sessions for their squad and the MEN understands Pogba and Fernandes reported on Thursday around the same time.
Pogba has not played for United since Boxing Day due to an ankle injury and Fernandes arrived from Sporting Lisbon in a £68million deal in the January transfer window.
