Martin Lewis issues warning to caravan parks over refund fees for owners

Furious caravan owners hit out at Parkdean Resorts earlier this week for refusing to give them any refunds for caravans in the UK they can't use because of lockdown restrictions.

Instead owners have been offered 10 per cent more off food and drinks. Holidaymakers are calling on the firm, which runs 67 parks across the UK, to 'act morally'.

So far other holiday park giants have offered site fee payers partial refunds, including Golden Sands, who offered a backdated credit of 60 percent for each week they are closed.
