Earlier this week, caravan owners slammed Parkdean Resorts, after the company refused to give refunds for UK caravans people are unable to use due to lockdown restrictions.
Owners have instead been offered 10 per cent off food and drink. Other holiday parks, such as Golden Sands, have offered a backdated credit of 60 percent for each week they are closed.
Following a series of complaints, MoneySavingExpert Martin Lewis has now issued advice to people wanting a refund from Parkdean Resorts.
