Millions of British holidaymakers have been affected by the global health crisis and refunds have been a huge talking point with many firms reluctant to return cash immediately to customers who have had travel plans cancelled as a result of coronavirus.
Credit notes and vouchers, often accompanied with additional incentives, have been the initial response from most companies, with cash refunds only coming after customers have accepted these options first and then having to ask for their money back.
