TUI restarted its summer season on June 15 with two full flights travelling from Germany to Majorca and the travel firm has said that its UK market will resume partial operations this summer.
But many holidaymakers are still waiting on cash refunds for holidays that have been cancelled due to lockdown measures put in place as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
TUI changed its refund policy a few weeks ago and is now giving customers full cash refunds, as opposed to the vouchers it was previously offering.
However, many are still having difficulty getting their cash back and have been contacting money-saving expert, Martin Lewis, for help.
