Mike Phelan reckons management has changed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for the better. The former striker was drafted in to replace Jose Mourinho following the Portuguese chief’s dismissal.
The arrangement was only meant to a temporary - with Solskjaer effectively still in charge of Molde at the time - but an agreement was reached to keep him at Old Trafford permanently.
His job looked in doubt earlier this season. But he turned things around and spent a hefty £48m on Bruno Fernandes in January.
