Moving home is now allowed after coronavirus curbs on estate agents were lifted. House viewings are also permitted again as the Government bids to restart England's housing market which has been in deep freeze since the lockdown was imposed.

It's estimated 450,000 buyers and renters in the process of moving were left in limbo when lockdown measures were introduced in March.

From today all buyers and renters will now be able to complete purchases and view properties in person, while estate agents, conveyancers and removals firms can return to work while following social distancing guidelines.
