NBC's Peacock Streaming Service Set To Debut This Week For Comcast Customers; Original Titles Will Be Delayed

Peacock, the new streaming service from NBC, is still set to debut for Comcast cable customers starting this week.

However, Variety reports that most of the original series that were also set to premiere, will have to wait until 2021. Comcast will launch an “early preview” of Peacock Premium ad-supported tier, available for no extra cost to broadband customers on Wednesday, April 15, before being fully available in July.

Xfinity X1 and Flex customers will have access to the service by April 30. The originals that were set to debut, have been held back due to the coronavirus outbreak.
