Australian soaps Neighbours and Home and Away, which both air on Channel 5, will now reduce their episodes per week - amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Following British soaps - EastEnders, Emmerdale, Coronation Street and Hollyoaks - both shows will reduce to just two episodes a week in the coming days.

They can be watched on Channel 5 on Mondays and Fridays for the foreseeable, as the global COVID-19 outbreak continues to impact filming and production.

Neighbours had temporarily halted filming recently, but they are now continuing to film with this not expected to change for the time being.
