Former Oasis star Noel Gallagher has admitted he's been "panic buying booze" as the UK remains in lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The High Flying Birds frontman, 52, had no qualms in revealing he's been stocking up on alcohol as the deadly virus continues to spread throughout the world.
The singer told the Funny How? podcast: "I’ve been panic buying booze." Noel has been stuck in the house with wife Sara MacDonald and their children.
He confessed he had to stockpile on booze to help him cope with isolation. Noel said: "Now that the pubs are shut the only thing to now [do] is to drink your way through it. "If you don’t leave the house you'll be OK.
