He is currently a co-presenter of the ITV Breakfast programme Good Morning Britain from Monday to Wednesday each week. Morgan began his career in Fleet Street as a writer and editor for several tabloid papers, including The Sun, News of the World, and the Daily Mirror. PIERS Morgan didn't hold back as he angrily reacted to the launch of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's new foundation amid the coronavirus crisis.

The Good Morning Britain star, 55, retweeted a Sky News report about the couple's Archewell foundation and hit out at the timing.

He wrote: "Total number of f***s the British public give about these two announcing their ‘plans’ from Hollywood right now: 0." The majority of his followers agreed, with one commenting: "There’s a time and a place to make announcements and now really isn’t the time, what would of been nice is a message of support to a country they say to love and best wishes to our PM." Another posted: "Poor taste and bad timing.
