Public toilets across the country have been closed since Prime Minister Boris Johnson locked down the country on March 23. Since then very few of us have been outdoors long enough to need a public loo but as more people are flocking to the seaside to enjoy the sunshine.
And the lack of toilets is becoming a problem, and not just for us. Day trippers visiting Cornwall have taken to relieving themselves on the county’s beaches, reports CornwallLive.
Posting on a community group on Facebook, one woman said that while walking her dog on the beach at Perranporth this weekend she spotted people using the beach sand dunes as a toilet.
