KENSINGTON - Authorities say a 40-year-old man is in critical condition after he was shot twice while sitting in a parked car in Kensington on Wednesday morning.Police responded to the 1800 block of East Somerset Street around 1:30 a.m.

He was placed in critical condition.According to investigators, the man was sitting inside a car with a woman when an unknown shooter fired four shots through the windshield.
