A police officer threatens to "make something up" to arrest a driver in a troubling video that has sparked an investigation by bosses.
Lancashire Constabulary has publicly apologised after the video of the officer cursing and threatening to fabricate an offence against the young man, who identified himself as Adam Kidger, went viral on social media.
The force said the unnamed officer used "completely unacceptable" language and behaviour, and his actions during the incident in Accrington have undone "the hard work of so many", LancsLive reported.
