Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are still using the name Sussex Royal, despite The Queen banning them from doing so.The couple announced they were stepping down as "senior members" of the Royal family earlier this year, carrying out their final engagement in March.They were expected to stop using the name Sussex Royal after leaving their office on 1 April but their website is still active over one month later.
Harry, 35, and his 38 year old wife Meghan had applied to trademark their Sussex Royal brand name ahead of them stepping down from the firm, but The Queen prevented them from using it in the future.
