3-hour island-wide power cut on Tuesday (1)

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka said a 3-hour power cut will be imposed between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM on Tuesday (1), for all groups.However, 30 minutes of unscheduled power shedding may take place, if necessary ONLY during the night peak to manage excess demand, said the PUCSL.Therefore consumers are kindly advised to reduce consumption between 6 pm. to 10 pm.
